Refunds are permitted on digital products. We have a 7-day refund policy. If we are unable to make the purchased digital content to play properly on our website, we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days.

Kindly note that there will be no refund if the purchased digital content is playable on our website but could not play on your system due to the system requirements of your device.

Customers may request a refund ONLY on this condition:

  • The customer was not able to access the online content after purchase because the online content was not playable on our website 

If the customer does not have access to the online content because the online conent was not playable on our website, then the customer should following these guidelines below.

  1. Customer must send us a written notification of the exact situation and the purchase ID should be clearly stated within Seven (7) working days after the purchase.
  2. If it is a situation that the customer was not able to access the online content, and the online content was not playable on our website, the customer must give us seven (7) working days after we have received the written notification to make the product playable on our website -  If after seven (7) working days, the purchased digital item is not playable on our website, we will be glad to refund you.

The minimum requirements for any of the devices mentioned above are:

Refund will not be processed due solely to incompatibility with a customer's software or device.

Important Notice: Subscription Renewals and Refunds

  • Please note that if your  course subscription is automatically renewed, we do not offer refunds for the renewed subscription period. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription(s) before the renewal date(s) if you wish to discontinue it.


Cancellation Process:

  • You can easily cancel your course subscription at any time before the renewal date. Within this section, you can choose to cancel your subscription(s) or opt to renew them before the end of the current subscription period.

  • After canceling your subscription on the "My Account" page, it's important to prevent subsequent charges. Sales of Services:

  • We regret to inform you that no refunds are permitted on the sale of services. All sales are final.
